Irene was a devoted member of the Class of 1940 and the WHSAA. Do you remember the Rizos Steak House? That was her family.

Richard Wenzel '44

Dick would stay after work with a few co-workers and pring those "Beat Altoona" or "Beat Warren" or "Beat McKinley" strips as well as other signage which were then given to the boosters...for free...back in the 50s and 60s.  Inglestrom-Oberlin signs provided the material, while Dick and a few others would comp their time.

Judge David Dowd '47

David was a renowned jurist who eventually was assigned a seat on the district federal bench.

Nancy Ulbricht Rankl '52

Nancy was a member of the WHSAA Board of Trustees and worked hard at keeping addresses updated.

Eric was a swimmer both for the Tiger Sharks and at the collegiate level before becoming a Spanish teacher here at WHS.

Peggy Kirkbride Eisenbrei '69

Peggy was a majorette in the band and a long time registered nurse, and a beloved member to her classmates.

Tom Hammer '70

Tom was a giant "teddy bear" of a guy who'd do anything for anyone, and a devoted rooter of the Tigers.

Eddie Stinson '79

Known around town as an "all around good guy", Eddie had just sent in his notice to attend his class reunion on the day he passed.

Perry Stergios '79

Perry was the hard-working long-time Massillon City Law Director during the week and devoted "Rock and Roller" on the weekend.

Brian "BA" Anthony '91

A beloved local personality and athlete, when BA took to the local basketball court he was immediately transformed to playing at "Madison Square Garden", and when he took to the softball fields he was mentally in "Yankee Stadium".

Tom Mottice - Faculty

Tom was a long-time mathematics teacher in the Massillon schools, and a devoted baseball fan. Go Tribe!
